Episode 104: Interview with Farmstead Meatsmith

Lisa Marie and Jim interview Lauren and Brandon Sheard of Farmstead Meatsmith. Farmstead Meatsmith describes themselves as “a personal abattoir, butchery and charcuterie service for small farms and homesteads in the Puget Sound [Washington state] region.” We really believe in what they are doing and wanted to have them on to share their vision.
